PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, UTTAR PRADESH (U.P. CHIKITSA SHIKSHA (AYURVEDIC) DEPARTMENT). invites applications for the following posts

(i)  01 carry forwarded post of Lecturer Dravya Gun in Government Ayurvedic Colleges of U.P. (Deptt. No.- S-11/2), Nature of post- Gazetted and temporary, Reservation- Reserved for S.C. candidates of U.P., Pay Scale- Rs. 8000-275-13500/- (before amendment), Qualification-Essential- (i) Five years degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law or A Board of Indian Medicine Uttar Pradesh or a any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine, Act, 1939. (ii) Post Graduate qualification of the subject from a recognised institution. (iii) Adequate knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit. Preferential Qualification- Research work and publication of original paper's and book's, Age- 25 to 40 years (age relaxation as per rules for reserve category, Other conditional qualification- The selected candidates may be transferred to any Government Ayurvedic Medical College of the State on any equivalent post. Note- (1) The new pension scheme will be applicable which is to be as declared by U.P. Government. (2) Revised pay scale will be admissible on the recommendation of Sixth Pay Commission as declared by Government.

(ii)  01 (One) carry forwarded post of Professor Maulik Siddhant and Sanhita in Government Ayurvedic Colleges of U.P. (Deptt. No.- S-11/7), Nature of post- Gazetted and Permanent. Reservation- Post is reserved for O.B.C. candidates of U.P., Pay-Scale- Rs. 12000-325-16500/- (before amendment), Qualification-Essential- (i) Five years's Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law or five years Degree from the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh or any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939. (ii) Ten years teaching experience of the subject (eight years only in case of Post-Graduate) including three years on the post of Reader in a recognised institution. (iii) Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit. Preferential Qualification- (i) Post-Graduate qualification from a recognised institution (ii) Research work and publication of original paper's and book's. Age- 30 to 50 years (age relaxation as per rules for reserve category). Other condition and qualification- The selected candidates may be transferred to any Government Ayurvedic Medical College of the State on any equivalent post. No.- S-11/10), Nature of Posts- Gazetted and temporary, Reservation- 01 post is reserved for S.C. candidates of U.P., 01 post is reserved for O.B.C. candidates of U.P. and 01 post is unreserved. Pay-scale- Rs. 12000-325-16500/- (before amendment), Qualification-Essential- (i) Five year's Degree in Ayurveda from a University established by law or five year's Degree from the Board of Indian Medicine, Uttar Pradesh or any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939. (ii) Ten year's teaching experience of the subject (eight year's only in case of Post-Graduate) including three year's on the post of Reader in a recognised institution. (ii) Seven years teaching experience of the subject (Five years for a Post-Graduate) in a recognised institution. (iii) Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit. Preferential Qualification- (i) Post-Graduate qualification from a recognised institution. (ii) Research work and publication of original paper's and book's, Age- 28 to 45 years (age relaxation as per rules for reserve category), Other condition and qualification- The selected candidates may be transferred in any Government Ayurvedic Medical College of State on any equivalent post. No.- S-11/15), Nature of post- Gazetted and temporary, Reservation- Reserved for S.C. candidates of U.P., Pay-Scale- Rs. 10,000-325-15,200/-, Qualification-Essential- (1) Five year's Degree in Ayurveda from a University establised by law or Firve years Degree from the Board of Indian Medicine Uttar Pradesh or any other State Board or Faculty which is registrable under the United Provinces Indian Medicine Act, 1939. (2) Seven year's teaching experience of the subject (five year's for a post graduate) in a recognised institution. (3) Working knowledge of Hindi, English and Sanskrit, Preferential qualification- (1) Post graduate qualification from a recognised institution. (2) Research work and publication of original papers and books, Age- 28 to 45 year's (age relaxation as per rules), Other conditions and qualification- The selected candidates may be transferred in any Government Ayurvedic Medical College of the State on any equivalent post. Note- (1) Revised pay scale will be admissible on the recommendation of sixth pay Commission as declared by the Government (2) The new pension scheme will be applicable which is to be declared by U.P. Government (3) Experience certificate should be of full time paid post in an institution recognised by Government and issued by appointing authority and it should be counter signed by Registrar/Director of State Ayurvedic Medical Council or by a competent authority of Government.
