Qualification & Experience : Officers of the Central /State Govt./Union Territories (a) (i) Holding analogous posts on regular basis or

With 5 years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 8000-13500/- or equivalent; or
With 8 years regular service in posts in the scale of Rs. 6500-10500/- or equivalent; and
Possessing the educational qualification Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent; and 5 Years experience in Planning, Construction and Maintenance of Civil Engineering Works.
