Qualification :A. For Direct Recruits
(a) Essential Qualification and Experience
Bachelor degree in Engineering / Technology in Electronics / Electricals / Electronics & Communications / Telecommunication / Computer Science / Information Technology or Masters in Computer Applications or M.Sc. in Design / Mathematics / Statistics/ Electronics/ Applied Electronics / Operation Research / Total Quality Management / Information Technology with 25 years of Post qualification experience. OR
Master’s Degree in Tech./Engineering in Electronics / Electricals/ Electronics & Communications / Telecommunications / Computer Science with 22 years of Post qualification experience. OR
Ph.D in any of the above cited subjects with 17 years of Post qualification experience.
(b) Essential Experience:The candidate must have at least 5 years experience in senior management capacity.
(c) Desirable Thorough knowledge of:-
i) Policies of Govt. of India.
ii) Corporate Management.
