Assistant Manager,Dy. Manager,Regional Manager Qualification & experience : 

Assistant Manager (Scale I)  : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
Deputy Manager (Scale II)   : Graduate in any discipline with 02 years relevant experience.
Regional Manager (Scale IV)  : Graduate degree, with (a) professional qualification in Financial Risk Management from Global Association of Risk Professionals, or (b) Professional Risk Management Certification from PRMIA Institute; And 2 years’ relevant experience
