NHSRC Senior Consultant Vacancy 2026
The recruitment is being conducted for the post of:
- Senior Consultant (Logistics & Supply Chain Management)
The consultant will work under the supervision of the Additional Commissioner (Family Planning), Ministry of Health & Family Welfare.
Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following qualifications:
- MBA in Health Management
- MBA in Hospital Management
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Master’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Post Graduate Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Experience Required

- At least 3 years of experience in managing logistics and supply chain of Family Planning commodities.

NHSRC Senior Consultant Roles & Responsibilities
The selected consultant will be responsible for:
- Demand estimation and procurement planning of family planning contraceptives.
- Coordinating with Procurement Division, CMSS and GMSDs.
- Monitoring timely delivery of contraceptive supplies to States and UTs.
- Strengthening Family Planning supply chain management.
- Identifying supply chain and quality-related gaps.
- Supporting implementation of FP-LMIS (Family Planning Logistics Management Information System).
- Providing technical support to IT Cell for FP-LMIS maintenance.
- Conducting training and capacity building for State officials.
- Monitoring logistics performance and commodity availability.
- Preparing regular supply status reports.
- Conducting supportive supervision visits across States.
- Performing additional responsibilities assigned by the Ministry.
