Chemical Engineer
Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engineering) in Chemical Engineering/Technology. Relevant hands-on experience in process operations and troubleshooting in continuous-process industries is required. BOE certification may be preferred.
Mechanical Engineer
Candidates should possess a relevant Mechanical Engineering/Technology degree. Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of rotating machines, static equipment and piping networks in relevant industries is required.
Electrical Engineer
Candidates require a degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electrical Technology. Experience involving HT/LT power distribution, motors, transformers and protection systems is required. Knowledge of SCADA, PLCs and related electrical systems is desirable.
Materials and Transportation
For Materials and Transportation posts, RFCL accepts an engineering degree or specified MBA/PG Diploma qualifications in Materials Management/Supply Chain Management, along with relevant experience. Transportation candidates require experience in activities such as rake handling, railway coordination and road dispatches in relevant industries.
HR and Secretarial
The HR Officer post requires an MBA/Integrated MBA or postgraduate qualification/diploma of at least two years in HRM, Personnel Management or Industrial Relations. For the Secretarial Officer post, a postgraduate degree in any discipline is required, with relevant executive secretarial experience and computer knowledge.
Medical
The Additional CMO and CMO posts require MBBS, with MD/MS being an added advantage. Professional experience after internship in Medicine is required.
Finance & Accounts
